As a passionate handcrafted baker and seasoned chef, I'm excited to bring my global culinary experience to the beautiful Clutha region. With over two decades spent honing my craft in renowned kitchens across Europe and Asia, I've developed a deep love for the art of baking and the joy it brings to others.
Now based in Balclutha, I’m focused on sharing that passion with the local community—creating baked goods that blend tradition, innovation, and the finest New Zealand ingredients. From rustic sourdough loaves to delicious handcrafted treats, everything I bake is made with care, purpose, and a dedication to quality.
Being part of Balclutha’s vibrant, close-knit community and surrounded by its breathtaking landscapes is an absolute privilege. Through my baking, I hope to bring people together, spark conversations, and offer a little comfort and joy—one loaf at a time.
