Our High grade flour is very strong, great for sourdoughs and general baking.
Even though this is our white flour, it is creamy in color due to the traditional milling method which retains the wheat germ and bran.
Our white flour is made from hard red wheat and the extraction rate is 73% of the whole grain.

Stone-ground wholemeal flour retaining all the natural goodness of the whole grain. Ideal for hearty breads, muffins, and nutritious baking with a rich, nutty flavor.
Our whole meal flour is made from hard red wheat and uses 100% of the whole grain.

High Extraction Wheat Flour 3kg
Our high grade high extraction flour is made from hard red wheat and is a great compromise between whole meal and white flour. It is strong, great for sourdoughs and general baking. The extraction rate is 85% of the whole grain.
