W Fraser This sourdough has officially ruined all other bread for me, and I couldn't be happier about it. The crust is a work of art with a resounding crunch, leading to a chewy, tangy crumb that's pure, unadulterated bliss. It toasts like a dream and has a complex, sour flavour that makes you wonder what all those other bland loaves have been doing with their lives. It’s not just good, it’s dangerously good. I came, I saw, I carbed. 5/5 stars, would recommend to my best friend and my worst enemy.
